50,000 Words

Beginning tomorrow, November 1, I am participating in National Novel Writing Month. I have tried this before, and have never been successful at completing 50,000 words in 30 days. I might not be successful this year either, but I'm going to try. My goal is to use this as a motivation tool to get my butt in a chair and writing every day for an entire month. 

It's a great program, so even if you're not a writer you should check it out. There is even a young writer's program to encourage K-12 students to write. NaNoWriMo is a non-profit and is supported entirely by donations. Consider contributing to their mission.
