I injured by back last May and it has recently been giving me trouble again. I saw my doctor today and she gave me some lower back exercises to do in place of physical therapy. They are simple stretching exercises, some of them similar to yoga. I was looking online to see if there were any good low-key yoga routines I could do as well and I found Fitness TV.
On www.hulu.com you can look up T.V. shows and movies to watch online. This is where I found episodes from Fitness TV. It is so interesting in fact that I have decided that just watching these programs from the comfort of my couch must surely give me some kind of workout.
